Are you looking for a flexible and fun work environment with five rad women? Do you love photo editing? Are you a photographer who’s getting tired of running your own business? Do you have experience curating and designing blog posts and albums? Then look no further!

We are a growing photography collective of adventure elopement photographers, based in Fort Collins, Estes Park, CO, and Seattle, WA, who create and document unforgettable elopements for adventurous couples worldwide. Started in 2015, Adventure Instead has doubled its revenue for the past three consecutive years, grown rapidly to three photographers and several support staff, and was just recently named one of the top 30 wedding photographers in the world!

We’re an entirely women owned & operated business, and we have exciting plans for the next year as we grow our educational impact, set up a new charitable fund to support organizations that protect public lands, become a completely carbon-neutral business. We aim to be leaders in environmental standards and social consciousness in the adventure elopement photographer industry.

This role will be responsible for culling all images taken by the photographers and editing every image chosen with precision and consistent with our current portfolio. In addition, this position will curate the final deliverable images for social media, blog articles, and 3rd-party publications and contests.
